Week of Welcome

The final phase of Noma Nation Orientation will be Week of Welcome (WOW)! Sonoma State kicks off programming with Move In Day held on August 14, 2025. Incoming students are invited to attend a variety of fun and informative events designed to help you settle in, explore campus, and meet fellow Seawolves to start your Sonoma State journey strong!

  • By day: Get the tools, resources, and info to be a successful Seawolf.
  • By night: Connect, celebrate, and make memories at fun events across campus!

This program is dedicated to all Transfer and First-Time First-Year Students. 

Save the Dates

Save the dates for August 15-23, 2025, with events including BIG NITE 25, Hypnotist, Free Pizza and Comedy, Culture Night, Rec Fest, Party on the Plaza, Green Music Center lawn movie, Meet the Greeks and so much more! 

The Fall 2025 Week of Welcome schedule will be released in July.
