1. Learn to Draw Peanuts Characters
At Sonoma State University, we have a fondness for all things Peanuts! Break out the pencils and drawing paper, and show off your skills!
2. Kindness Rock Painting
Painting on rocks is a simple way to be creative and have fun. As a suggestion, leave one of your decorated rocks for someone to find and brighten up their day!
3. Random (Not So Random) Acts of Kindness
Thank someone local for their kindness! Draw a picture, design a craft or bake cookies and then dress up the present with a bow or wrapping paper. Don't forget to add a thoughtful card to go with it!
4. Gratitude "Lucky Me" Jars
Decorate a container with photos of things you're grateful for, and then write a note about something you're grateful for every day and place it inside. Amass a collection of happy memories that you can pull out and read whenever you need a lift!
5. Goal Setting Vision Boards
Create a board with all of the goals you hope to achieve on it. Track your progress, and watch as your self-confidence grows the more goals you complete!
